I've only unpacked kitchen and bedroom stuff right now. And that's what I think will be it for tonight. There's just only so much time and I'm so tired. I'm happy and excited; however, I'm really tired.
So is Cedric -- don't want to make it all about me.
My aunt came over around noon and started hanging the curtains. We both told her it wasn't necessary and to just relax. She wouldn't. And turns out she was right. I really am glad the curtains are up. Living on the fourth floor of an apartment building, they were nice but not necessary. In this house, all of our neighbors would be looking in -- across from us, on either side of us, behind us. And, no doubt thinking, "Can't they put up some curtains?"
So that's been my day. Tomorrow I plan to get back into the swing of things and grab an NPR show. Plan to. But I've got a lot of unpacking to do still.
