There was an e-mail about Whitney (NBC TV show). Remember the two-parter where Whitney and Alex tossed around the idea of getting married? That was the last of the season.
I didn't know that until a week or two after.
It aired 22 episodes. It pulled in an audience on Thursdays -- better than all the other shows except Parks and Recreation. Then it was moved to Wednesdays were it was supposed to die. Instead, it became the Wednesday night show that gave NBC it's biggest audience of the night.
It got solid ratings that are great when you look at NBC's other ratings. And yet the liars who pretend to be critics are piling on the show. They should be making the point that the show proved itself on two different nights. It got better ratings than "30 Rock," "Community," "The Office," "Up All Night," etc. But find a water cooler critic who'll tell that truth. You won't. They're liars.
